Who controls your information
Tripartite Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through the Agora waitlist. Contact us at privacy@tripartite.co.uk.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address, the time you joined, and the version of the privacy and consent wording you accepted. We use it only to manage the Agora waitlist and send launch, early-access, or closely related product updates. Our lawful basis is your consent.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may retain limited technical security logs, such as IP address and browser information, for a short period. These logs are not added to the waitlist.
Storage and sharing
Google Cloud and Firebase process the information on our behalf. Waitlist records are stored in Google Cloud’s London region and cannot be accessed directly from this website. We do not sell the list or share it for another organisation’s marketing.
How long we keep it
We plan to delete waitlist entries within 90 days after Agora launches unless you separately choose to continue hearing from us. If launch plans change, we review the list at least annually and delete information we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@tripartite.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
